Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept the following payment methods for Indian customers:
  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club
  • Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay
  • Net Banking: All National Net Banking
  • UPI Payments: All National Net Banking like Google pay , Paytm etc..
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within India.

2. Payment Security

• We use secure payment gateways to protect your payment information.
• All credit and debit card transactions are processed through secure servers that encrypt your data.
• We do not store your full credit or debit card details.

3. Payment Processing Fees

• There may be additional payment processing fees charged by your bank or payment gateway.
• These fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Payment Authorization

• Your payment will be authorized at the time of order placement.
• If your payment is not authorized, your order will be canceled.

5. Payment Confirmation

• You will receive a payment confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• If you choose to pay via Cash on Delivery, you will be required to pay the full amount of your order in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of your goods.
• Please have the exact amount ready to avoid delays.
• COD is available for orders within India only. (T&C)

7. Payment Disputes

• If you have any issues with your payment, please contact us /Bank within 24 Hours of placing your order.
• We/Bank will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Taxes

• All applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to your order total.
• The tax rate will depend on your shipping address .
